EverSpring Care, a division of EverSpring Pharmacy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through everspring.care(the “Site”), how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
This policy covers the marketing website only. If you are an active patient or community partner, your protected health information (PHI) is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information you provide directly: When you submit the contact/consultation form on this Site, we collect your name, organization name, email address, phone number, your role, whether you are an EverSpring Pharmacy partner, and any message content you provide.
Automatically collected information: Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time of access. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.
No health information on this Site: Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, medications, or any protected health information through this marketing contact form. The demo portal contains only fictional, illustrative data.
